Return Policy
Overview
These return policies apply only to products purchased directly from LawnmowerPartsWorld.com.
You have 30 days from the date your order was placed to request a return.
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Your order number will serve as your RMA number
- Clearly mark your order number on the outside of the package

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- New and unused
- Not installed or mounted
- In original packaging
- Complete with all parts, hardware, and accessories
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Any product that has been installed or used
- Any product that has been gassed, oiled, or modified
- Any product returned without original packaging and contents
- Any product showing physical damage
- Any product not purchased directly from LawnmowerPartsWorld.com
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused or shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Engines
- Short Blocks
- Decks
- Transmissions
We strongly recommend contacting us before purchasing these items to confirm compatibility.
Restocking Fees
- Hydro-Gear pumps and Tuff Torq transmissions are subject to a 25% restocking fee (if eligible for return)
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded:
- Product cost minus original shipping charges
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If the original payment method is no longer available:
- One attempt will be made to refund the original card
- If unsuccessful, a company check will be issued
- Processing time may be extended for mailed refunds
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
- Provide photos of the item and packaging
If the error is ours:
- We will arrange pickup or return shipping
- A replacement will be sent at no additional cost

- Model numbers are typically located under the seat or frame
