We are a family-owned and operated USA business based in South Carolina with over 90 years of combined industry experience. Our goal is to provide quality parts, accurate listings, and reliable service.


Product Information & Fitment

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing.

  • Always confirm your model number and part number prior to ordering
  • Model numbers are typically located under the seat or on the frame of your equipment
  • If you are unsure, contact us and we will help confirm fitment

We are not responsible for incorrect orders due to mismatched model or part numbers.


Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Warranties

All products sold by Lawnmower Parts World are covered by manufacturer warranties.

  • Warranty coverage is determined solely by the manufacturer
  • Warranty claims must follow manufacturer guidelines
  • We assist customers in submitting warranty claims and obtaining authorization

If you believe you received a defective product, contact us and we will guide you through the process.


Warranty Claim Process

To start a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Provide order details and description of the issue
  3. Submit photos or additional information if requested
  4. Receive a Warranty Authorized Return (WAR) number if applicable

Products returned without authorization may be refused.


Engine Powered Equipment & Installed Parts

Once a product has been installed, used, gassed, or oiled:

  • It is no longer eligible for return
  • Warranty service must be handled through an authorized repair center

We can help locate an authorized service center if needed.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns on:

  • Installed or used parts
  • Parts that have been gassed, oiled, or modified
  • Items returned without authorization

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Limitation of Liability

Lawnmower Parts World is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Equipment damage due to incorrect part usage
  • Labor costs associated with installation or removal

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
